    • Color Preference: Customers requesting an exchange due to color must cover return shipping costs.

    • Damaged Products: Products that arrive mechanically or electronically damaged are eligible for a free exchange with proof of damage.

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds, only exchanges per the conditions listed above.
