Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to dispute any issues with their received products. After this period, we are unable to process any disputes or exchanges.
 

2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Color Preference: If you are not satisfied with the color of your product, you may request an exchange. However, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

  • Damaged Products: If your product arrives with mechanical or electronic damage, we will exchange it at no additional cost. Please provide proof of damage (e.g., photos or videos) when requesting an exchange.
     

3. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Customers may only request an exchange as outlined above.
